I’m sending some new tree imagery your way this month. These experiments in color share certain qualities with my hand painted black and white photographs and yet they hold unique visual nuances in their own right - including razor sharp definition and saturated distortion. I recently found a lovely collection of tree art that you might enjoy at the National Gallery of Art titled “Portraits of Trees, a Favorite Subject of Artists.” It’s good to find kindred spirits.
